Cross top for Magpie Rexouium

A casual cross top, buckled behind the neck. Includes a PhysBone setup for the straps, blendshapes matching commonly used customization and animation blendshapes on the base, and a set of colliders to keep the straps from clipping into the avatar.

Due to this item being designed for the Magpie edit (made by Kurai Kitsune), it may have minor clipping issues if used with the standard Rexouium model.
